Shipping & Returns Policy

FREE SHIPPING for Australian orders over $100.

We charge a flat rate of $10.00 per order for postage over Australia. All items are posted via Australia Post.

We charge a flat rate of $20 per order for postage to New Zealand.

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of placement.

 

We offer a 14 day returns policy for all Australian Customers and 30 days for International Customers based on the following:

  • Please note we do not accept Change of Mind returns.

  • Returns according to this returns policy are for Full Priced Items Only and you will be issued a Credit Note.

  • Refunds will only be provided if there is a manufacturing fault with the garment. If you believe an item is faulty, it may be necessary for us to send the goods to the manufacturer for it to be assessed.

  • If the size is not correct you may exchange or return for a credit note. Please note your size may not be available at the time of the return.

  • We do not accept returns for slight colour variation. Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each garment’s colour, actual colours may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings and lighting used in the photo. The colour pictured should be used as an approximate guide only.

  • Returns must be for equal or higher value to the initial purchase cost, if you wish to exchange for an item of lesser value, you will be issued a credit note for the remaining amount.

  • Please choose carefully when choosing items designated sale items or items purchased with a promotion code as sale items or items purchased with a promotion code cannot be returned, credited or exchanged unless they are faulty. If any sale items or items purchased with a promotion code are returned to Niu Lane they will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

  • If any items are returned to Niu Lane after the 14 days return period for all Australian Customers or after the 30 day return period for International Customers, they will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

  • We do not cover the cost of shipping.

The item must be returned in perfect condition, that it is must be unworn, unwashed in original packaging with all tags attached, or it will be rejected by Niu Lane. Niu Lane reserves the right to deny a return if the item appears to be worn or damaged in any way. Should this occur, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense or discarded within 30 days.

Returns and exchanges will not be provided for the following types of goods unless the product fails to meet a consumer guarantee: Swimwear, bodysuits, jewellery and undergarments.

Your return will be processed as soon as reasonably possible by Niu Lane on receiving your return.

If you believe your garment is faulty, please contact us at info@niulane.com.au prior to returning your item or if you have any questions about our returns policy.

We recommend that returns are sent with a tracking number as any goods that are not received within the required timeframes or are lost in transit will not be issued a refund, a credit note or exchange by Niu Lane.
